I knew for Mother's Day this year I wanted a blue dress...you know...because I am a boy mom. So when Rachel Parcell came out with this dress I immediately snagged it! And I have to say it's like wearing a dream. The floral detail and fit are perfection. This is one of those dresses that looks good on any body type.
