When I first saw this top I couldn't believe it was from Forever 21! I love department stores, but I also love great pieces for a great price too. I wear this outfit for a night out a couple weekends ago and I got so many compliments on this outfit.
Lace is such a delicate, fine detail that I love and appreciate. I love the detail around the neckline giving it an extra feminine look. I paired it with my all time favorite black jeans for a chic look.
