Skin Care Routine + Products

When I did my make-up a couple weeks ago, I had mentioned briefly about my skin prior to pregnancy and received several questions about my skin care products. In case you missed, my skin was so bad and I would break out extremely easy. At that time I couldn't take anything or use certain products because we were trying to get pregnant. So I was desperate and began trying different products. Today I am sharing my skin care routine and products.

I understand that what works for me will not work for everyone, but most of these products are over the corner and very inexpensive.

Thanks for reading!

The first thing I do is remove all my make-up, the more you remove the less you are rubbing into your skin when cleansing your face. To remove my make-up I rub the Ponds Cold Cream  all over my face. Then I take my Honest 3-in-1 Facial Towelettes and wipe everything off. It usually takes me about 2 or 3 of these to really get everything off.

I then put about 2-3 pumps of the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser onto my Mia 2 Clarisonic. This clarisonic is an older one, but it works just as good. It comes with a timer for the four areas of your face (both cheeks, nose/chin area, and forehead). I move in a circular motion.

Then I take the good ole Sea Breeze Astringent and put a few drops on these facial cotton pads. This removes all the excess dirt and oil from your face. Then I use the Ponds Dark Spot Correcting Cream for moisturizer all over my face and neck. I originally started using this, because I had dark spots from acne and sun spots. Now that I have used this for years, it has reversed all those dark spots! They aren't 100% gone, but I would say they have 95% diminshed over the years. I tried switching to the Ponds Anti-Wrinkle Cream and I LOVED IT!!! It was so creamy and my face felt firm and tight. However, it made me break out so I switched back to the other.

And the last thing I do is put my Estee Lauder Advanced Time Zone under my eyes. This specific eye cream targets to reverse the look of wrinkles.
