Okay, I know I am always wearing ruffles, frill, or bows! Maybe, it's because I am around trucks, cars, and balls I need some girly in my life. I just can't help it, it's like they call my name. I LOVE this dress that comes in three different colors and is only $35! The red and white are perfect for Valentine's Day. I paired it with black tights a) because it's freezing b) my legs are like see through white and c) because it is a little short for my taste, but to cute to pass up!
